Practitioner workspace
Every practitioner gets their own view of the day.
Part of Clinqly's built-in scheduling. Invite a practitioner and they get their own sign-in to see their appointments, keep their hours and time off current, and manage the profile customers see when booking.

Your booking profile

Their own diary only. No billing, reports, customers or other practitioners.
The practitioner portal: their own day, their weekly hours, their time off and their booking profile, and nothing that belongs to the rest of the business.
Their day, not everyone's
The portal opens on the appointments they are working, with the service and the length, so they can see what the day holds.
- Today and what is coming up
- Service and appointment length for each booking
- Past appointments they have completed
Hours and time off they keep current
Practitioners set the weekly hours they work and record time off themselves, which keeps public booking accurate without a reception request.
- Their own weekly working hours
- Time off they record for themselves
- Those times stop being offered to customers
The profile customers see
A photo, a role and a short bio can appear while a customer chooses who to book with, and each practitioner keeps their own up to date.
- Photo, role and a short bio
- Shown on the booking page when you enable it
- Maintained by the practitioner, not reception
Access that stops where it should
A practitioner is not a dashboard user. They reach their own diary and schedule, and nothing else in the business.
- No billing, reports or settings
- No customer records or other practitioners' diaries
- Invite by email, and remove access at any time
A workspace, not a management system. It covers a practitioner's own Clinqly diary and availability, and holds no clinical notes, records, treatment plans or payments.
See the portal with your own team in mind.
We will walk through how your practitioners would use it day to day.
Does a practitioner need a full dashboard account?
No. Practitioners sign in to their own portal. They do not use a team seat on the business dashboard, and they cannot open billing, reports, settings or customer records.
What can a practitioner actually see?
Their own appointments, their own weekly hours and time off, and their own booking profile. They cannot see other practitioners' diaries.
Does a practitioner's time off change what customers can book?
Yes. When a practitioner records time off, those times stop being offered for booking.
Are clinical notes or records stored in the portal?
No. Clinqly is not a clinical system. The portal covers appointments, working hours, time off and the booking profile only.
How does someone get access?
You invite a practitioner by email from your dashboard, and you can revoke that access whenever you need to.
