Built-in booking and calendar
Use your own booking page, or Clinqly's built-in calendar.
Clinqly is the AI receptionist either way. Point it at the booking link you already use, or turn on built-in booking and Clinqly offers only the times you make available.

Your Clinqly calendar: appointments from the booking page, from the conversation and added by reception, beside the rules and hours that produced them.
Keep the booking page you already use
If your business runs on its own booking page or diary, leave built-in booking off. Clinqly answers and qualifies, then sends the customer to your link or hands the enquiry to your team.
- Your own booking link, shared in the conversation
- Or a handover, so a person picks the enquiry up
- Clinqly never reads from or writes to that system
Or switch built-in booking on
Turn it on and customers book on your branded page or inside the conversation, and your team can add a booking directly. One diary, no second tool to open.
- A branded booking page you can share or embed
- Booking inside the chat, without leaving the conversation
- Manual bookings your team creates in the calendar
The calendar your team works from
See the day as an agenda or a list, with each appointment showing the service, the time and where the booking came from.
- Agenda and list views of the day
- Where each booking came from, at a glance
- Filter by practitioner when you run more than one
Availability you control
Set opening hours for the location and weekly working hours per practitioner, and record time off when someone is away. Times that are not available are never offered.
- Location opening hours, day by day
- Weekly working hours for each practitioner
- Recorded time off removes those times from booking
Booking rules Clinqly must follow
Decide how much notice you need, how far ahead customers can book, how long slots run and how much room to leave after an appointment.
- Minimum notice and booking horizon
- Slot interval, plus buffers before and after a service
- Rules set per service, or as a default for the location
Clinqly is an AI receptionist, not a practice-management system. Its calendar is self-contained: it does not read from or write to the systems you already run, so pick one place for a given booking route.

Bring a real enquiry, and we will show the whole path from message to appointment.
Where do the appointments live?
With built-in booking on, in your Clinqly calendar: bookings from your booking page, from the conversation and from your team all appear in the same place. With it off, they live wherever your own booking link puts them.
Do we have to move off our current system?
No. Clinqly does not connect to or sync with practice-management systems or external calendars. If you want to keep your existing diary, leave built-in booking off and Clinqly will send customers to your booking link or hand the enquiry to your team. If you would rather book inside Clinqly, turn built-in booking on and use it as the one place for those appointments.
Can we stop Clinqly offering certain times?
Yes. Clinqly only offers what your hours, practitioner schedules, recorded time off and booking rules allow. Anything outside those is never shown to a customer.
Can our team still book someone in directly?
Yes. Your team can create a booking in the calendar at any time, and it appears alongside bookings made by customers.
Can customers cancel or move their own appointment?
Not today. Changes are made by your team, and the customer receives confirmation and reminder emails for the appointment.
